We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering on the mobile application, booking a Pooja service, requesting an Astrology consultation, or contacting us:

• Personal Identity Data: Name, Email Address, Mobile Phone Number, Gender.
• Astrology / Birth Details: Date of Birth, Time of Birth, Place of Birth (required for Kundli calculations).
• Service & Address Details: Delivery address for Pooja Prasad or home ritual bookings.
• Payment Transaction Data: Transaction ID, payment status processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store card PINs or passwords.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our app for business purposes described below:

• To facilitate account creation, login, and OTP authentication.
• To process and deliver Pooja, Astrology, and Vastu bookings.
• To send transactional emails (invoices, receipts, reminders via AWS SES) and SMS/WhatsApp notifications (via MSG91).
• To calculate accurate Vedic Kundli charts and astrological transits.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties. Data is shared only with trusted infrastructure providers necessary for app operations (e.g. AWS SES for email receipts, Razorpay for payment processing, Firebase for FCM notifications).
